Choices in Mind has developed a five session weight management package for those people who wish to reduce their weight at a pleasing pace but in a responsible way. Each session lasts for up to an hour, depending on the requirments of individual clients. They are spaced apart to suit the pace of your weight reduction progress, so for example, sessions one and two may be a week apart, but sessions 3, 4 and 5 may be two or more weeks apart as there is an expectation of real results between each session.
